This page will give you the procedure to access the latest NeuStar SW4.0 software version and update your system. Updates to NeuStar SW4.0 are free but you need to make sure you have a working hardware key (dongle). "How do I find out what version of NeuStar I'm currently running?"

You can find your current version number under the "About" screen of your NeuStar SW4.0 program.

Please download the appropriate ISO image according to the color of hardware key you have:

Click HERE if you have a BLACK Hardware Key
Click HERE if you have a GREEN Hardware Key

Once downloaded:

Burn the ISO image to a CD
Uninstall the old version of NeuStar under Add/Remove Programs.
Uninstall the old version of the Virtual Audio Cable (if used).
Install the new version of NeuStar by inserting the CD into your computer. You may need to run setup.exe if the installer does not automatically start.
Install the new version of the Virtual Audio Cable from the VAC directory (if needed).
